Font End User License Agreement (EULA)
This is a legally binding agreement between you (the "Licensee") and Remano van Vuuren (the "Licensor"). By downloading, installing, or using the Font Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license.

1. Personal Use License (Free / Non-Commercial)
If you downloaded this font under a "Personal Use" agreement, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Font for personal, non-revenue-generating projects.

What is Permitted (Personal):
Personal scrapbooks, invitations, and school projects.
Artistic prints or crafts made strictly for your own home or as gifts to family/friends (where no money changes hands).
Personal social media accounts (not used to promote a business, brand, or paid sponsorship).

What is Strictly Prohibited (Personal):
Using the font in any project that generates income, directly or indirectly.
Sharing or redistributing the font files to others.

2. Commercial Use License (Paid)
To use the font for any business, promotional, or revenue-generating purpose, you must purchase a Commercial License. Upon purchasing, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the Font for commercial projects.

What is Permitted (Commercial):
Branding & Design: Logos, business cards, signage, clothing, and product packaging.
Digital Content: Social media graphics for businesses, YouTube thumbnails, and website graphics (rasterized imagery like PNG/JPEG).
Physical Goods for Sale: Unlimited physical products for sale (t-shirts, mugs, books, etc.).
Advertising: Use in digital and print advertisements.

3. General Restrictions & Prohibitions
Regardless of whether you hold a Personal or Commercial license, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
No Redistribution: You may not sell, rent, lease, sub-license, or give away the Font files (.otf, .ttf, .woff) to anyone else.
No Modification: You may not modify, decompile, or rename the font files to re-release them as your own work.
No Embedding (Unless Specified): You may not embed the font into mobile apps, video games, software, or e-books, or use it for live web-font embedding (@font-face) without an extended license upgrade.

4. Ownership & Copyright
The Font and all copies thereof are the intellectual property of Remano van Vuuren. This license grants you the right to use the Font, but does not transfer ownership of the font design or software to you.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Font is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Remano van Vuuren shall not be liable for any damages, including lost profits or business interruptions, arising out of the use or inability to use this font.
