Font License Agreement (Personal Use Only)

This Font License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “Licensee”) and Kalen Smith (the “Licensor”). By downloading, installing, or using the font named KS Japan Retro Flag Font, you agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of License

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the font strictly for personal use only. Personal use includes projects such as personal crafts, invitations, non-commercial social media graphics, and similar non-revenue activities.

2. Restrictions on Use

The Licensee may not use this font for any commercial purpose without purchasing a commercial license. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

Business logos, branding, or advertisements

Physical or digital products offered for sale

Commercial websites, applications, or software

Client projects or freelance work

3. Commercial Use and Premium License

If the Licensee wishes to use this font for commercial purposes, a Premium License must be purchased from Kalen Smith. Use of the font in any commercial manner without a Premium License constitutes a violation of this Agreement.

4. Modifications

The Licensee may not modify, adapt, distribute, or create derivative versions of the font without the express written permission of Kalen Smith.

5. Ownership

The font is the exclusive property of Kalen Smith. All rights, title, and interest in the font remain with the Licensor. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the font to the Licensee.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. If the Licensee fails to comply with any of its terms, the Agreement will automatically terminate, and the Licensee must delete all copies of this font.

7. Disclaimer

The font is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. Kalen Smith is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use the font.

By using the font, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement with Kalen Smith.
