Font License Agreement (Personal Use Only) This Font License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “Licensee”) and Kalen Smith (the “Licensor”). By downloading, installing, or using the font named KS Japan Retro Flag Font, you agree to the following terms: 1. Grant of License The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the font strictly for personal use only. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the font to the Licensee. 6. Termination This Agreement is effective until terminated. If the Licensee fails to comply with any of its terms, the Agreement will automatically terminate, and the Licensee must delete all copies of this font. 7. Disclaimer The font is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. Kalen Smith is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use the font. By using the font, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement with Kalen Smith.
