203 Donationware Font License Agreement

This Font License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between the user ("User") and t-ryder (the "Licensor")
governing the use of the font software (the "Font") provided by the Licensor. By downloading, installing, or using the Font, the User agrees
to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License:
   The Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Font subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
   This license permits the User to use the Font for personal, non-commercial purposes, including desktop use for private use,
   use in schools, and non-profit organizations.

2. Commercial Use License:
   The use of the Font in any commercial context, including by companies, in apps, on websites, for tattoo shops, music projects, or any other
   commercial entities, there is a clear prompt to the User to make a donation to the Licensor. The recommended donation amount for commercial use is
   between 5€ and 50€ (Euro) depending on the specific use case. Donations can be made via PayPal or cryptocurrencies supported by the Licensor.
   The User is asked to make a donation to the Licensor before using the Font for any commercial purposes.
   YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THIS FONT FOR ANY NSBM, ALT RIGHT OR FASCIST CRAP!

3. Restrictions:
   a) No Derivative Works: The User shall not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Font.
   b) No Sharing at Platforms for Free Download: The User shall not distribute, share, sublicense,
   or make the Font available for free download on any platforms, websites, or other mediums.

4. Intellectual Property:
   The Font is the intellectual property of the Licensor and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
   The User acknowledges that all rights, title, and interest in the Font, including any accompanying documentation, remain with the Licensor.

5. Termination:
   The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the User breaches any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
   Upon termination, the User shall cease all use of the Font and destroy any copies in their possession.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty:
   The Font is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied
   warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Font will
   be error-free or function without interruption.

7. Limitation of Liability:
   In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the
   use or inability to use the Font, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
   Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive
   jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Republic of Germany.
   

By using the Font, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
