Free Personal Use Typeface License Agreement

By downloading and/or installing Alva Longtail, hereinafter referred to as “the typeface”, you agree to the following End User License Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “EULA”. If you do not wish to be bound by the EULA, do not download and/or install the typeface.

PERSONAL USE: Personal use is freely permitted and does not require attribution. Personal use refers to any project that does not generate profit or revenue or promote a business. This includes educational or hobbyist use cases where the work is not sold or used for business branding or marketing. This also includes gifts given to personal connections. Any questions about whether a specific use case qualifies as personal should be directed to our design team via email (design@cerasus-creative-studios.com).

Sharing this typeface with others for their personal use is permitted as long as the typeface is shared in its original zip-file format structure, which includes this typeface license file. There are no limitations on the number of devices on which the typeface can be installed. This typeface may be embedded as long as the use case complies with the personal use guidelines and does not directly or indirectly distribute the typeface, such as offering it for download.

IMPORTANT: You may not use the typeface to promote violence, racism, sexism, homophobia, or discrimination of any kind. 

COMMERCIAL USE: Commercial use is not permitted without a custom license directly from Cerasus Creative Studios. Commercial use refers to any usage intended to generate financial gain, profit, or promote a business, including but not limited to:
-freelance or commissioned graphic design work
-web design and development
-merchandise, clothing, or other products for sale
-promotional material for events, sales, distribution, or otherwise
-selling or publishing the typeface directly or indirectly, such as part of a package

Commercial use licenses are issued directly by our design team via email (design@cerasus-creative-studios.com) and cannot be purchased on any external websites. 

MODIFICATION: As long as the use case fits the terms of personal use as described above, you may import characters from the typeface as graphical objects into a drawing program and modify such graphical objects. You may NOT edit, modify, or reverse engineer the typeface files themselves, even if exclusively for personal use. 

DISCLAIMER: The typeface is offered 'as is' without any warranty. Cerasus Creative Studios shall not be liable for any damage derived from using this typeface. By using the given typeface, you agree to the terms of this license. Any rights that are not specifically given in this contract are reserved.
